What to collect from your supplier before you start, how the RMB payment is processed, and how to fund it with Ghana Cedis so your stock is not held up.
If you import from China, your supplier expects RMB. That single requirement is what makes a Ghana-to-China payment different from an ordinary transfer: the money has to arrive in a currency and an account your supplier actually uses, or your order does not move.
ELITE RMB exists to close that gap. You work in Cedis from your own account, and your supplier receives RMB. The transaction carries a reference, so if anything needs checking there is a record on both sides of the conversation.

Most supplier relationships involve more than one payment: a deposit to start production, a balance before shipping, sometimes freight and fees paid separately. Treat each one as its own transaction.

Yes. ELITE RMB converts your Ghana Cedis into RMB and delivers the RMB payment to the supplier account your transaction specifies. You settle your side in Cedis from your own account.
Ask them for the exact RMB amount due, their name as it appears on the receiving account, the account type (Chinese bank, Alipay or WeChat Pay), the account details, and their QR code if that account type uses one. Also ask for their invoice number so you can reference it in the transaction.
You pay ELITE RMB in Ghana Cedis; your supplier is paid in RMB. From your side it is a Cedis payment made from your own account; from your supplier’s side it is an RMB receipt.
Your supplier is not paid by mobile money. Mobile money, if available to you, is how you settle your Ghana Cedis side. The RMB delivery to the supplier is a separate step performed by ELITE RMB.
That is a normal arrangement. Each payment is its own transaction with its own reference, so quote the invoice number in each one and keep both references on file.
